1. Analysis of the Company and Associates ' basic requirements for the different systems to be included in the project.
2. Development of diagrams & documentation of MEP processes for project approval by MOEF.
3. Design requirements are developed in collaboration with the Client and Associates.
4. Preparation of the "preliminary idea" including
-Preliminary sketches-Preliminary estimation of costs (for review and discussion)
5. The final designs containing the input of the clients and associates will be planned after acceptance of the "Preliminary Design." A selection of detailed design will be undergoing for approval, along with draft descriptions.
6. A collection of tender documents comprising of accurate drawings and working / execution drawing must be provided through receipt of the customer/associate approval/comments, quantity bills and detailed technical requirements and final estimate.
7. The open invite of tenders on the favour of the customer where appropriate, evaluating and assessing bids and aid in contract letting.
8. Preparation of illustrations for submitting to relevant authorisations/sanctions.
9. Certificates of cost estimates for presentation to financial and other institutions are given to the employer.
10. Checking the distribution of shop designs, products and equipment to manufacturers and contractors. Whenever required, place the same inspection either at the site or at the fabricator.
